White Chocolate Macadamia Snickerdoodles🍪 In a bowl add: -2 & 3/4 cups of flour -1 teaspoon of baking soda -2 teaspoons of cream of tartar -1 teaspoon of cornstarch Whisk it all together then in a mixing bowl add: -2 sticks of softened salted butter -1.5 cups of sugar Mix until creamed then add: -1 tablespoon of vanilla extract -2 eggs -your dry ingredients (add in little by little mixing in between) Then fold in: -1 cup of white chocolate chips -1 cup of macadamia nuts Roll 2 to 3 tablespoons of dough into balls. Then in a bowl add: -1/3 cup of sugar -2 tablespoons of cinnamon Roll each pice of dough in the cinnamon sugar then bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 8 to 11 minutes.
