Sweet and savory Honey Garlic Teriyaki Salmon Bites, perfect for a quick and easy meal. Salmon cubes are tossed in a flavorful homemade sauce, then baked and broiled to perfection.
In a bowl, add 1/3 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of sesame oil, 1/4 cup of Mirin, and 8 cloves of minced garlic. Use a whisk to mix it all together until well combined. Then, pat dry 4 skinless salmon filets with a paper towel and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Season the salmon with salt & pepper. Toss the salmon into the prepared sauce, ensuring it's well coated. Add the salmon and all the sauce to a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Afterwards, put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes to get a nice caramelization. When serving the salmon, top it off with any leftover sauce from the sheet pan and some sliced green onion. Enjoy!
