Hibachi Inspired Fried Rice♥️ Start out by getting about 2 pounds of your favorite Hibachi meat combination. (You can use whatever meat you want!) I used: -about a 1/2 pound of Filet Mignon -1 pound of chicken breast -and a 1/2 pound of shrimp Season it all with a little salt and pepper. Then in a pan on medium-high heat with high heat oil, you’re going to sear your meat on both sides. (You don’t need to worry about cooking it all the way through, you just need to get a nice sear for that hibachi taste.) Then turn off the heat and take your pan off the burner to let it cool down. While it’s cooling, cut your meat into cubes. Then in the same pan on medium heat, add a little extra oil then add your chicken back in. Once it’s fully cooked, add: -3 tablespoons of butter -1 tablespoon of minced garlic -the rest of your meat -3 tablespoons of soy sauce Cook it until the shrimp are fully pink, then set all of the meat aside. Then in a wok or a large pan on medium heat with oil, you’re going to add: -3 whisked eggs Scramble and chop them up then set them aside. Then add: -1 cup of diced onion -1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots Cook until the onions run clear. Then add: -1 tablespoon of minced garlic -2 tablespoons of butter -6 cups worth of cooked jasmine rice (which is 2 cups uncooked.) It’s best to use day old rice. You can use fresh rice, but it will have a softer texture. Once the rice is warmed, add in: -1/4 cup of soy sauce -the eggs -1 cup of sliced green onion -and all of the meat (if you want to add a little bit of the sauce from the meat, that’s fine just remember to not add too much or the rice will be too salty) Then toss it all together and serve with Yum Yum Sauce (I’ll be posting the recipe for this right after I post this video) Enjoy💜 #food #friedrice #hibachi #foodie #eeeeeats
