Creamy Chicken Salsa Dip

1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add 1 diced jalapeño, 1 small diced red onion, and 4 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add 1 whole shredded rotisserie chicken, taco seasoning, one 16 ounce jar of CHI-CHI’S Thick & Chunky Salsa, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of sour cream, and one 8 ounce block of cream cheese to the pan.
4. Stir well and cook on medium heat until the cream cheese is melted and the dip is creamy and heated through.
5. Season the dip to taste with some sazon and a little more taco seasoning.
6. Transfer the creamy chicken salsa dip to an oven-safe dish.
7. Top generously with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
8. Place the dish under the broiler until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
9. Finish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
