Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies🍪 In a bowl add: -2 cups of all purpose flour -1/2 teaspoon of baking powder -1 teaspoon of baking soda -2 teaspoons of cornstarch Use a whisk to mix it all together and then set it aside. Then in a large mixing bowl add in: -12 tablespoons of room temperature salted butter (cream it using a stand or hand mixer) Then mixing in between each ingredient, add: -1/2 cup of cookie butter -1/2 cup of light brown sugar -1/3 cup granulated sugar -1 tablespoon of vanilla extract -one full 1 egg plus one egg yolk Then add in the dry ingredients, slowly mixing in a little at a time until a nice smooth dough forms. Then fold in: -1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips -8 Biscoff cookies that have been lightly crushed up. Then measure out 4 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball (this will give you 18 extra thick, medium sized cookies) Bake them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until they’re cooked to your liking. The cookies will need to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes. And once they’ve cooled down, melt about 1/3 cup of cookie butter in microwave for around 15 seconds, and drizzle it on top of the cookies. (The cookie butter will harden once it cools) Enjoy💜 #cookies #recipe #food #baking #foodie
