Start by slicing a 16-ounce block of low moisture Mozzarella cheese into rectangles, making them thicker for cheesier sticks. In one bowl, add flour, and in another, add Italian breadcrumbs. Season both the flour and breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Adobo. Take a cheese slice, dip it into the seasoned flour, then into whisked eggs, and then pack on the seasoned breadcrumbs. Dip it into the whisked eggs again and pack on the breadcrumbs a second time for a double coating. Once all sticks are coated, place them in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
For the restaurant-style ranch dressing, combine 1 cup of buttermilk, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and a 1-ounce packet of ranch seasoning in a bowl. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
Heat oil to approximately 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the frozen mozzarella sticks until they are golden brown, then transfer them to a cooling rack to rest. Just before serving, coat the fried mozzarella sticks in your favorite buffalo sauce. Serve the buffalo mozzarella sticks with the prepared ranch dressing on the side. Enjoy!
